A non-refundable deposit of £350 is taken at the point of booking your diagnostic assessment via debit or credit card.
On receipt of this payment, we are unable to offer a refund if you wish to cancel your diagnostic assessment appointment. We will endeavour to reschedule your appointment if you wish, but this will incur a £95 charge if you provide us with less than 14 days' notice.
Following your diagnostic assessment, you will be notified which treatment package you require and the final cost of this. If for whatever reason you are deemed clinically unsuitable for treatment, we will refund the £350 deposit in full.
At the point of reconfirming your treatment appointment slot, we will take a further £350 and then the balance will be taken 14 days prior to your scheduled treatment appointment. On receipt of full payment, we are unable to offer a refund if you wish to cancel your appointment. Once the final payment has been processed, any requests to reschedule your appointment will incur an additional charge of £350.
If you arrive late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee we will be able to offer you a new appointment on the same day. This may also have an impact on the amount of treatment you receive. Payment will be non-refundable for late arrivals.
If you fail to attend your appointment, we regret we will be unable to reschedule your appointment free of charge.
Included in your package is one additional top-up treatment if required to treat any residual varicose veins with further foam sclerotherapy, as well as a final appointment with a GP to confirm that all the veins identified at the start of your journey have been successfully treated and you are ready to be discharged from the clinic.
In the unlikely event that you require further top-up treatment appointments or follow-up reviews with a GP, these will be charged on a per appointment basis.
Your treatment package also includes the UK Vein Clinic guarantee which is a commitment to successfully treat the veins identified at your initial diagnostic assessment. If for whatever reason the treatment is unsuccessful, UK Vein Clinic commits to re-treat the veins originally identified at your diagnostic assessment for up to one year of treatment.
